Generates ideas to expand client perceptions to help drive results and capture cost savings. Manages all logistical details p pertaining to event attendees and presenters. Develops and implements methods to evaluate overall event value to the business. Maintains accurate budgets for meetings that will generate ROI and manage metrics reporting details. Partners with colleagues and vendors on details regarding venue logistics and execution, transportation details, audio visual equipment, etc. Reviews and negotiates contracts to receive the best possible rates. Work directly with dedicated technicians; secure video conferencing, video recording and all pertinent meeting related equipment. Excellent negotiating skills a must. Initiates development of web registration sites with web developer; reviews content to ensure accuracy; responds to attendee inquiries noted on registration forms; provide reports to client on a consistent basis indicating changes or updates.
