JOB SUMMARY

The Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving Brite’s event marketing strategy and execution across all business units. This role owns the full event lifecycle, strategic planning, logistics coordination, partner engagement, marketing integration, and post-event ROI analysis. The ideal candidate is skilled in HubSpot and NetSuite, familiar with automation and AI-driven marketing, and capable of creating event-driven email campaigns, social media initiatives, and co-branded materials to maximize lead generation and influence revenue.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience, training, and/or education is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 35 years of experience supporting a growthoriented sales and marketing organization, with prior event planning experience required.
  • Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite (or similar CRM/marketing platforms), and event ROI reporting is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing MDF programs or partnerfunded campaigns is a strong plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experienced with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of event marketing strategy, social media integration, automation, and lead followup best practices.
  • Familiarity with AIdriven marketing tools and processes to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization.
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Express, PowerPoint, or Adobe tools) to support event collateral and cobranding.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities for crossteam collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track ROI, event performance, and influenced revenue to guide decisionmaking.
Responsibilities

OTHER DUTIES

  • Provide light design support for event collateral and cobranded materials, collaborating with the creative team for final execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of event marketing using automation, AI, and integrated reporting processes.
  • Continuously seek improvements to event strategy, lead conversion, and partner engagement processes.
  • Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
