We are seeking a Contractor Executive Events Specialist to support the planning and execution of high-touch, executive-level events. Reporting to the Senior Group Manager, you’ll focus on day-to-day coordination, flawless execution, and supporting scalable processes that elevate the overall quality of our events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 2–3+ years in corporate events, field marketing, or event operations, with hands-on involvement in logistics and execution.
• Tools & Tech: Comfortable with Google Suite, Excel (spreadsheets for tracking), Salesforce, and Asana. Bonus if familiar with Swoogo or RainFocus.
• Execution Focus: Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, and a detail-oriented approach.
• Service Mindset: Professional, resourceful, and focused on delivering a smooth experience for both internal stakeholders and executive attendees.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working as a contractor in a fast-moving team environment; some travel may be required for on-site support.
