Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships. This role will be responsible for delivering high-impact activations, building external collaborations, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Full Campaign (Planning to Execution) • Owns full campaign lifecycle (planning + execution) • Sets objectives, budget, KPIs, and timelines • Coordinates with all supporting teams • Manages campaign rollout across channels and touchpoints • Conducts post-campaign analysis & ROI reporting 2. Event Management (Indoor & Outdoor) • Plans and executes indoor and outdoor events, activations, and roadshows • Manages end-to-end on-ground logistics, vendors, and field teams • Ensures smooth execution and high-quality brand presence across all events • Oversees setup, branding materials, and real-time event operations • Handles operational challenges to ensure seamless delivery 3. Sponsorship & Brand Uplift • Identifies and secures sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand strategy • Drives brand uplift through high-visibility campaigns, events, and partnerships • Ensures strong brand positioning and presence across all activations • Manages co-branded campaigns to enhance brand equity and reach • Monitors and evaluates brand impact and visibility metrics 4. Outreach & Partnership Development • Identifies and engages potential partners, collaborators, and external stakeholders • Builds and maintains strong relationships with brands, sponsors, and partners • Leads partnership discussions and manages MOU development and execution • Ensures all partnership agreements align with business objectives • Coordinates with agencies, vendors, and third-party partners • Explores new outreach channels to expand brand reach 5. Reporting & Analysis • Tracks KPIs and campaign, event, and partnership performance • Prepares reports & insights for leadership and future campaigns • Analyzes data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities • Maintains documentation of performance and key learnings Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, outreach, partnerships, or campaign management • Strong experience in managing indoor and outdoor events and activations • Proven ability to build partnerships and manage sponsorships • Experience handling MOU drafting, negotiation, and execution • Strong understanding of brand building and visibility strategies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting • Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary • Festival bonuses • Mobile & internet allowance • Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling international fintech
