Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager or Specialist (based on experience). You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing a high-volume conference and event schedule. This role blends strategy, logistics, and brand-building with a focus on driving demand for the sales team. You’ll ensure our presence at industry events delivers measurable impact—strengthening relationships, generating leads, and positioning us as a thought leader in PropTech. From booking booths to coordinating travel and shipping swag, you’ll ensure every detail is handled so our team can show up and shine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conference Planning & Execution: Own the strategy, planning, and logistics for all conferences, trade shows, and company events (booth design, sponsorships, speaking engagements, collateral, travel coordination, research, calendar, etc.).
  • Brand Building: Ensure our brand stands out with memorable event experiences, creative activations, and consistent messaging.
  • Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify key events, secure meetings with prospects/customers, and maximize ROI from attendance.
  • Lead Generation & Demand: Build processes for capturing, qualifying, and handing off event leads to sales, ensuring smooth pipeline contribution.
  • Budget Management: Oversee event marketing budget, negotiate with vendors, and track ROI across activities.
  • Performance Measurement: Track KPIs such as meetings booked, leads generated, and pipeline influenced to continuously optimize event strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, growth, and leadership to align event presence with broader GTM initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • +3 years of experience in event marketing, or field marketing, (SaaS/PropTech a plus).
  • Proven success managing end-to-end event programs—from logistics to lead capture to ROI reporting.
  • Strong project management, organizational and negotiation skills with attention to detail. Experience managing a considerable budget.
  • Ability to think both strategically (which events, what message) and tactically (how to run the booth, capture leads, execute flawlessly).
  • Experience working with sales teams and CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Creative mindset for building standout event experiences, delivering company message and building the brand.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management software. Familiarity with trade show logistics and experiential marketing.
  • Travel to attend the events as needed (20-30%)
