Please note, job responsibilities may change from time to time based on business need. \n Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute monthly offline events, including concept development, budget planning, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency. Develop and manage pre-event marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, RED, and email), including content scheduling, warm-up promotions, RSVP collection, and conversion rate tracking. Lead on-site event execution, overseeing setup, staff coordination, partner engagement, and real-time content creation and posting to maximize audience engagement. Conduct post-event analysis, summarizing key takeaways, evaluating KPIs and conversion metrics, and preparing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Optimize website SEO and SEM strategies, and utilize GA4 analytics to monitor performance, measure conversions, and enhance marketing effectiveness Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, social media management, or related fields. Excellent organizational, communication, and execution capabilities. Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a results-driven mindset. Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred. Work on-site in Los Angeles.
