Join our growing team at Hello Joi, where we create unforgettable memories through beautifully styled events and curated celebrations. We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic team player who loves events, balloons, and all things creative!

– Drive for pickup, delivery, and event setups
– Assist in setup & teardown of events (birthdays, proposals, weddings, corporate)
– Style and prepare balloon orders (inflate, pack, style, etc.)
– Arrange flowers for event styling and décor
– Handle e-commerce fulfilment: processing orders, invoicing, packing parcels
– Manage stocks and inventory (sorting, stock-taking, replenishment)
– Support delivery & design teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
– Contribute to event planning & styling
– Participate in photoshoots and content creation (TikTok, and IG) when on the ground for events
– Serve customers and coordinate with vendors during events
– Respond to customer enquiries when needed
– Perform ad-hoc tasks to support business operations
