The Goodkind Hospitality Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced Conference Services Manager to support a high-profile luxury hotel in New York City during a busy season. This 2-month temporary role is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who can immediately step in and oversee group meetings, conferences, and VIP events.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Serve as the main contact between clients and hotel departments, ensuring every detail is managed from start to finish.
  • Oversee group logistics, including guest room blocks, billing arrangements, VIP welcomes, vendor coordination, and contract requirements.
  • Draft and distribute comprehensive group resumes that provide hotel teams with full event details—agendas, objectives, AV needs, billing, and VIP considerations.
  • Partner with clients on menu planning, wine selections, entertainment, décor, and audiovisual components.
  • Generate precise Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) that clearly communicate schedules, menus, room setups, and billing to hotel operations teams.
  • Deliver attentive service, quickly addressing guest needs and ensuring smooth execution on site.
