Event organizer and Flower Shop Manager

Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1, Dubai, UAE

About the Role

Roud Floristry is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Flower Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flower shop. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, lead the team, maintain excellent customer service, manage supplier relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the flower shop and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise, lead florists, drivers, helpers, and support staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and supervise customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate with florists to supply flowers, packaging materials, and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize product waste.
• Maintain high standards of flower quality, shop cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Manage incoming orders, deliveries, and event preparation to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
• supervise and assign tasks to staff, new employees and continuously develop the team’s product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in flower shop management, event management, or event operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience managing inventory, suppliers, and daily operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
