• Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and celebrations
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budgets, ensuring each event exceeds expectations
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, decorators, and other event vendors
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality
• Create detailed event timelines and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met
• Oversee event setup, manage logistics, and troubleshoot issues on the event day to ensure flawless execution
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and manage attendee registration or ticketing processes
• Conduct post-event assessments, including feedback collection and reporting, to continuously improve processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients and vendors
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure
