About the Role In this role, you’ll partner closely with clients, hotel departments, and external suppliers to coordinate conferences, meetings, weddings, social functions, and special events. You’ll manage event logistics from confirmation through to execution, ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is confident with client relationships, and enjoys bringing ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including proposals, function sheets, run-of-day logistics, and billing Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions Liaise with internal departments such as Food & Beverage, Banquets, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure accurate briefing and delivery Maintain accurate event documentation, timelines, contracts, and billing in line with hotel processes Conduct onsite inspections, client meetings, and post-event follow-ups Support revenue and sales targets through upselling opportunities About You We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, energy, and pride to their work.
