We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to meet client expectations. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong background in business sales and customer relations.

SKILLS

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best services at competitive prices.
  • Market events through various channels to attract attendees and enhance visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and during the event itself.
  • Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise on-site.
