Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Event Planner / Wedding Coordinator, you’ll be the maestro behind the scenes orchestrating show-stopping weddings and events. From brainstorming dreamy details with clients to managing the nitty-gritty of timelines and vendors, you’ll own the process from start to finish. If you’ve got a knack for creativity, a love for logistics, and a passion for turning chaos into confetti, this is your stage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Client Whisperer: Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life, from themes and décor to venue and vendor picks.
Vendor Tamer: Build solid relationships with caterers, florists, photographers, and other pros. You’re the glue that keeps everything (and everyone) together.
Master of Details: Create killer timelines, schedules, and docs so everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Showtime Hero: On the big day, you’re in charge—directing traffic, managing the unexpected, and making sure everything flows effortlessly.
Budget Boss: Help clients stay on track financially, keeping expenses and payments in check.
Guest Guru: Manage seating charts, guest lists, and special requests to guarantee smiles all around.
Feedback Fanatic: Gather post-event insights to keep upping your game and creating even more fabulous experiences.
