Join Our Growing Event Planning Team! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Executive / Coordinator for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to provide essential administrative support and contribute to the overall success of the Sales and Marketing department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and is eager to learn and grow within the Sales and Marketing field. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Providing daily administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and site visits and preparing reports. Handling general office duties, such as answering phones, processing mail, and ordering supplies. Managing all aspects of assigned event bookings from contract handover to completion. Qualifying incoming sales inquiries and routing them to the appropriate sales team member in a timely manner. Assisting with the preparation of event proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents. Coordinating event logistics, including vendor communication, venue arrangements, and catering coordination assigned by managers. Preparing BEOs for all events held in hotel event venue. Assisting with the planning and execution of sales events and promotional activities. Preparing and distributing event-related materials, such as brochures, flyers and presentations. Processing event orders and invoices accurately and efficiently. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information in relevant systems e.g. Opera, Delphi, etc. Collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. Monitoring market trends and tracking competitor activity to support the sales team members in their sales activities What we need from you A bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with software (e.g., Opera/ Delphi) is a plus. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, speaking and writing; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Event Planning Coordinator. Fresh graduates with passion for event planning are most welcome to apply.
