Description

Bellamere Winery and Event Centre is hiring Event Preparation Associates to support the setup and preparation of our event spaces at two beautiful venues, Bellamere Winery in London and Belle Vie in Ingersoll. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring our dining rooms, cocktail areas, bars, and ceremony spaces are perfectly staged to exceed client expectations.
You will work closely with both the Front of House and Back of House teams to bring event visions to life - setting tables, arranging décor, preparing buffets, and more. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
This position also includes cross-training in cleaning duties, helping to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation before and after events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have reliable transportation to both London and Ingersoll locations
  • Open availability including mornings, afternoons and weekends. (August –December)
  • Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and moving furniture
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or cleaning is an asset but not required
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
