As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a successful track record of production management of live events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.

Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

• 5+ years of experience in live events and/or experience production industry
• Professional fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are a plus.
• Ability to pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way in a fast-paced environment
• Have an innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge solutions in production
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets, and production issues such as permitting, rules, and regulations
• Understanding of technical production requirements and basic knowledge of fabrication processes
• Ability to manage teams and provide guidance to a team
• Have a strong network of vendors and venues
• Curious, with an appetite for learning, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
• Able to communicate with various stakeholders, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on
• You’ll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions

This role is located in Milan.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking Producer to lead the production of our largest experiences. This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the production of live events, permanent attractions and immersive experiences. The Producer will oversee multidisciplinary teams across creative, technical, and operational domains to deliver a compelling, high-quality experience on time and on budget. This role will research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences, as well as play a pivotal role in shaping our event strategy.
Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and producing entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter, have strong interpersonal and project management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
