REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2–3 years’ experience in event production or stage management, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of staging, rigging, audio-visual, and lighting systems.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work under tight timelines.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (2–3 metres).
• Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Possession of Class 3/3A driving licence is an advantage.

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of event production elements, ensuring all activities are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The Production Supervisor coordinates crew members, manages on-site operations, and ensures all technical and staging requirements are met.
