As a Business Development – Brand Activation (Event Production & Vendor Specialist), you will lead a critical function in expanding and managing our vendor ecosystem while ensuring all operational and permit requirements are secured smoothly and compliantly. You will oversee vendor sourcing, feasibility validation, and permit coordination from the earliest stages of special project development—ensuring every initiative is legally sound, operationally feasible, and ready for seamless execution. 🌟 What You’ll Do Actively source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligned with special campaign requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners, property coordinators, local authorities, and operational partners. Lead and oversee permit requirements and documentation processes across projects. Ensure vendor feasibility, compliance, and operational readiness from the earliest planning stages. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with project timelines and execution needs. Supervise and guide the team on a daily basis, ensuring smooth coordination and performance. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure all vendor activities comply with legal and local requirements. Identify and mitigate risks related to permits, location approvals, and vendor constraints prior to project execution ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development, vendor sourcing and management, permit handling, or regulatory coordination (experience in brand activation or experiential marketing is a plus). Strong understanding of local permit processes, government coordination, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors or external partners to support campaign needs. Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to guide and supervise daily operations. Detail-oriented with solid documentation, reporting, and process management capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate risks and address challenges early.
