YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • This role can be a hybrid role that requires 2 days a week in our Fleet office or a fully UK Remote role
  • Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break
  • You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas
Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting to expand our housing and delegate management team working on a client dedicated account for a global management consulting firm. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work within this team under the team manager to deliver all housing and delegate management needs for our client’s events. As an integral part of this team, you will be responsible for management of attendees to the clients’ events including accommodation and general registration management.
You will have experience of working in either housing contracting or experience of project management for hotel reservations and/or delegate registrations. You will also be comfortable working with databases / registration platforms in order to extract and interrogate data. You will have strong attention to detail and time management skills.
