THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for the Event Project Executive role, you must have strong administrative experience, ideally from a customer service focused environment. Experience within database management, delegate registration or app management would all be advantageous but most importantly, the Event Project Executive will be highly organised, detail-orientated, customer focused and have an interest in live events and working within a fast paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Due to increased business from both existing and new clients there is now the need for an Event Project Executive to come on board and support on a range of events across the year! A broad role responsibilities include:

  • Support delegate registration and guest management for a wide range of events, from small meetings to large international programmes
  • Event administration and inbox management
  • Proofread and quality-check communications to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Help draft, update, and send guest communications
  • Work with suppliers, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and professional way
  • Research and identify new products, and suppliers to support projects
  • Assist with event websites and apps (using systems like Cvent or similar)
  • Contribute to project meetings and team discussions
  • Look for ways to improve systems, processes, and the guest experience and share these with the team

Hybrid Working, 3-4 days pw office based in Buckinghamshire & 1-2 Days pw at home - A fantastic opportunity for an Event Project Executive on a 6 month fixed term contract to join this leading agency in a key role – sitting within their close knit events team and focusing on all delegate registration activities.
