As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of promotional activities for our diverse range of events. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns for upcoming events. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance event visibility. Manage social media channels to promote events and engage with the target audience. Distribute promotional materials and manage onsite event signage. Support event planning and logistics to ensure smooth operations. Track and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms and online marketing tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work evening and weekend hours as required by event schedules. Experience in event promotion or marketing is an advantage.
