As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our fundraising events by assisting with event promotions, community outreach, and engaging with participants. You will work closely with our events team to boost attendance, raise awareness, and drive support for charitable causes. Whether you’re experienced or new to the field, we offer comprehensive, hands-on training to help you grow and succeed in the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with event logistics such as preparation, setup, and breakdown to ensure smooth event execution.
• Promote fundraising campaigns by distributing materials, representing nonprofit clients, and engaging potential attendees.
• Engage with event participants to answer questions, provide event information, and share details about the cause being supported.
• Manage event sign-ups, process donations, and accurately collect attendee feedback to improve future events.
• Collaborate with team members to meet event goals, deadlines, and ensure the success of each campaign.
• Participate in training sessions focused on event promotions, marketing strategies, and fundraising best practices.
