We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and solutions-focused Event Rentals Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our rentals warehouse.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, maintain the quality of our event rentals, and ensure everything is organized and ready for our events. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the workflow in the warehouse, managing staffing on an as-needed basis, and performing many tasks yourself to keep operations running smoothly. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, updating operational systems as needed, ensuring all rentals are in top condition and ready for events.
  • Hands-On Work: Take a proactive approach in daily operations, performing tasks such as picking, packing, loading/unloading, cleaning, and prepping rentals.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on rental items as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate rental deliveries and returns, optimizing workflows and schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and work alongside warehouse staff brought in on an as-needed basis, providing guidance and support.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, performing regular audits and ensuring accurate records in our inventory system Inflatable Office.
  • Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
