• Comfortable speaking with the public and promoting services
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Must be available for all scheduled event days
• Previous event or promotional experience is a plus but not required

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Contract Promotional Staff member, you will be the face of Hunt’s Services during the event. You’ll engage with attendees, create a fun and welcoming booth experience, and help share information about our services. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, enjoys interacting with the public, and can bring positive energy to our event booth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Distribute Hunt’s Services gift cards and branded swag items to event attendees
• Manage the “Spin the Wheel” promotional game at the booth
• Manage the cornhole game to keep attendees engaged
• Provide basic service information to attendees using company-supplied flyers
• Assist with booth setup at the start of each day and closing procedures at the end of each day
• Take customer bookings using a company-supplied tablet
• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor always
