  • Flexible and willing/available to work at short notice (days, nights, evening and weekends) is essential
  • Flexible and professional approach to work is essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills is essential
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is essential
  • The ability to handle confrontation – remaining professional at all times is essential
  • Taking pride in your appearance as well as representing Controlled Space at all times is essential
  • Eligible to work in the UK is essential
  • Have a 5 year verifiable work history is essential
    You must be aged 18 and above to apply for these roles.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CONTROLLED SPACE EMPLOYEE

  • Ability to work in a team or individually
  • To provide a high standard of customer care
  • Carry out pre-event checks of venues
  • To ensure an even flow of people entering the venue / event at all times
  • To monitor crowds for signs of overcrowding and difficulties in busy areas
  • Make yourself aware of on site facilities and be ready for questions from members of the public
  • Be ready to investigate any disturbances or incidents
  • To respond to emergencies - by raising the alarm and providing necessary and appropriate immediate help and assisting the emergency services as required
