We’re Florida’s largest self-pour taproom and a fast-growing hospitality concept in downtown Jacksonville. With 80 taps, live music, and a unique atmosphere, we’re a top destination for corporate events, private parties, wedding groups, and full-venue buyouts. We’re looking for a hungry, high-performing Event Sales & Marketing Manager to help us dominate the private event space.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Event Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for generating and closing private event bookings through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and creative marketing. You’ll sell everything from small corporate happy hours to full venue buyouts — and get paid for every deal you close.
This is a base + commission role, perfect for someone with a strong sales instinct, hospitality experience, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound sales efforts (calls, emails, networking, walk-ins)
  • Identify and pursue new event leads across corporate, wedding, social, and tourism segments
  • Close deals and meet/exceed monthly booking targets
  • Respond to inbound event inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Conduct venue tours and client walkthroughs
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote private events
  • Partner with the GM and Ops Assistant to create digital and local marketing assets
  • Attend networking events and trade shows as needed
  • Maintain event listings on relevant platforms (The Knot, EventUp, etc.)
  • Serve as main point of contact for all booked events
  • Work with the FOH and kitchen teams to coordinate F&B, staffing, setup, and execution
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience from inquiry through event completion
  • Maintain CRM or event pipeline tracking system
