Responsibilities
  • 2–3 years of experience as a coordinator in a sales-focused environment assisting with lead generation and acquisition.
  • Assist the Event Sales team with solicitation and scheduling of offsite inspections, client lunches, and onsite venue tours.
  • Act as the consummate host, providing high-touch customer service and creating a warm, professional first impression for prospective clients and guests.
  • Conduct research and creatively identify new prospective clients, leads, and markets for NeueHouse events and partnerships.
  • Support the creation, management, and execution of social media content related to private events and promotions—helping increase engagement and visibility across platforms.
  • Assist in developing, tracking, and implementing marketing campaign projects tied to event promotions, outreach, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand-aligned content and storytelling for events across digital and print channels.
  • Use Salesforce to track and measure sales progress; while prior experience is not required, a passion for sales strategy and data-driven results is key.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budgets, including trade show budgets, marketing material needs, and travel expenses.
  • Compile and distribute Weekly Sales Reports for the Events Team.
  • Prepare visually engaging presentations, proposals, and pitches for event clients.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating the full scope of NeueHouse programs, pricing, amenities, and event capabilities to clients, guests, and members.
  • Coordinate client entertaining initiatives and manage walk-throughs and site tours for event opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Culinary, Operations, Security, and Tech to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support the team in driving revenue by managing the event calendar and booking meeting rooms.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through a combination of direct sales efforts, lead nurturing, and marketing integration.
