hiring an Event Sales Coordinator to secure private bookings and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Sell private events, birthdays, company mixers, and rentals of two private rooms
- Follow up with inquiries, create custom rental packages, and close deals
- Build relationships with schools, companies, and community groups
- Upsell catering, bottle service, and entertainment packages
- Work with management to ensure smooth execution of events
Qualifications:
- Experience in event sales, hospitality, or banquet coordination preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create and present sales packages
- Self-motivated and driven to close deals
- Weekend and evening availability required
Compensation:
- Base pay + commission on event sales
- Bonuses for meeting rental and sales goals
