Job Description The Role: We’re looking for a proactive, confident and driven sales professional to join our growing team. As an Event Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in the success of our B2B exhibitions in the education and healthcare sectors. You’ll build relationships, grow revenue and become a champion within these impactful industries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling over the phone, thrives on hitting targets and is eager to develop their career in a fun, collaborative team environment. You'll be expected to maintain a high level of outbound client engagement (minimum 70 minutes daily), focusing strongly on new business generation. Key Responsibilities: Sell exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities to new and existing clients Build and manage strong relationships with clients to encourage upselling and repeat business Source and qualify new business leads Attend competitor and partner events to identify new opportunities Be onsite at events for setup, live days, and face-to-face selling Use our CRM system effectively to manage your sales pipeline and activity levels Collaborate with the sales team to hit individual and team targets Provide excellent customer service, responding to exhibitor questions and feedback Quote prices, negotiate, and close sales confidently Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as needed Essential Skills & Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales or customer service Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proactive, adaptable, and resilient – you thrive under pressure and handle rejection professionally Strong attention to detail and well-organised Energetic and enthusiastic with a team-focused mindset Experience using CRM systems is a bonus What’s in it for you?
