DESCRIPTION:

• Actively and consistently generate sales revenue to maximize profits via wedding, corporate and private events
• Assist with connection, cultivation and conversion of business leads to achieve sales targets
• Assist with matching client requirements with the relevant restaurants of the group’s portfolio
• Liaise and collaborate with restaurant, operations team, organisers and external vendors to learn about the event flow
• Be actively involved in ensuring prompt follow-up on incoming phone calls/emails
• Assist with key data generation and other admin tasks as needed
