Job Description Event Sales Manager Responsible for driving meeting and event sales within the corporate segment while ensuring seamless event planning and delivery in line with brand standards and guest experience expectations. Manage and develop meetings and events sales with a focus on corporate clients. Handle client inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Identify client needs and deliver tailored event solutions. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of events. Manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ensure high-quality after-sales service and follow up on guest feedback. Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using approved systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven track record of success in sales and event management, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and event management tools Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profit management Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, luxury market trends, and the local event landscape Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Event planning certification is preferred Additional Information - Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
