Event Sales Manager

REYNA, the Mediterranean Tapas and Cocktail Bar in Yorkville and King Street East, is looking for an Events Sales Manager & Coordinator with experience working with corporate companies, brands, wedding coordinators and more. REYNA has 2 restaurants, Bar Reyna located in Yorkville, and Reyna on King, the cool younger sister, located on King Street East.

This is an in-house, full time position. The salary is base and we also pay a commission on each event booked. Our policy includes good moods, positive attitudes, and people who possess a love for the service industry; people bring back people is our company motto. Must have at least 5 years experience in event sales and coordination.

Job Description Includes but not limited to:

• Must have industry knowledge and experience
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Set monthly sales targets and achieve them
• Be the point person for all events/catering communications
• Organize all events from kitchen menu to FOH coordination
• Manage and organize all private events from inception to execution
• Build strong relationships with clients in order to secure repeat business
• Work closely with chefs to develop menus for events
• Develop event sales strategies to increase revenue
• Must be energetic and enthusiastic and love the hositality business

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
