About the Role
Tennessee State Parks Marketing team is hiring an Event Sales Manager to drive group sales initiatives and support hospitality and operations revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage venue pricing, contracts, and sales collateral
• Identify new venues and support marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with hospitality teams, partners, and vendors
• Review policies, improve processes, and update reservation systems
• Track sales goals, revenue reports, and guest surveys
• Support website content and communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in sales, marketing, or related field
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and a team player
• Proficiency with reservation systems, sales tools, and software
