Responsibilities

Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Event Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be required to split your time between the office and travel to various events, home shows and retail locations. While in the office, you will assist with building the team and researching and scheduling events. While out of the office you will assist with coaching and developing teammates. In this role you will also assist with new hire classes and ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Research new events and other business avenues to help department growth.
  • Pull and analyze data from key performance reports.
  • Manage team to meet key performance metrics.
  • Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates.
  • Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates.
  • Create weekly and monthly plans which include performance goals.
  • Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support.
  • Set up and breakdown events and home shows, when necessary.
