COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Event Fab is a creative event production company specializing in custom scenic builds, large-format printing, and event rentals for social, private, and corporate clients across New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. From intimate celebrations to large-scale branded experiences, we deliver exceptional design, fabrication, and production services.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a motivated Event Sales & Producer who can combine strong sales skills with hands-on production knowledge. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes worlds of events — from the first inquiry to post-event evaluation.
The ideal candidate understands the unique needs of social, private, and corporate events, can sell creative event solutions, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to assist with pre-production assembly and preparation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in event sales, production, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of social, private, and corporate event formats and trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Willingness to participate in hands-on pre-production work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full event sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account management.
  • Work directly with clients to understand event goals, budget, and creative vision.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring all details are clear and accurate.
  • Coordinate internally with design, fabrication, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist with pre-production tasks including staging, inventory preparation, and client walkthroughs.
  • Oversee events from planning to post-event evaluation, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, timelines, and deliverables.
