Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Event Sales & Project Manager to manage event sales and oversee event execution. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys dealing with clients, closing deals, and coordinating events from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities Handle event inquiries and convert leads into sales Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients Coordinate and execute events from start to finish Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Oversee on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution Handle event issues and last-minute changes effectively Build and maintain good client relationships for repeat business Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the event industry Experience in event sales and/or event coordination Good communication and negotiation skills Organised, proactive, and able to multitask Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willing to work flexible hours and weekends when required Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin Ideal Candidate Sales-driven and confident in dealing with clients Hands-on and able to manage event execution independently Strong understanding of event planning and coordination Not purely sales-focused — able to both sell and execute events effectively Benefits Exposure to various corporate and commercial events Performance-based incentives/commission Supportive and energetic working environment
