Requirements Why You’ll Love It Here Flexible weekend & weekday shifts Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities to grow & cross-train in other departments Be part of a fun, supportive team that makes every event memorable What You’ll Do Set up event spaces, from tables to beverage & food stations Be creative and detail oriented while setting up for events while also following the guidance of the Sales team Deliver service with a smile—passing appetizers, serving meals, pouring coffee, and cutting cake Keep things running smoothly from start to finish, including clean-up & reset Greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for throughout the event Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to keep service seamless and on time Assist with stocking and replenishing food, beverages, and supplies as needed Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests with a positive attitude Maintain a polished, professional appearance to represent The Barn Resort brand Support your teammates—jump in wherever help is needed to make the event a success What We’re Looking For Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Team player who enjoys fast-paced environments Able to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 25 lbs 18+ with reliable transportation Valid driver’s license or state ID, and authorization to work in the USA Ramp Certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire Why Join Our Events Team?
