SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our dynamic team at Carriage House Inn in South Calgary. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and executing events that align with our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

• Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage event logistics, including setup and breakdown of venues.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain communication with team members to ensure all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Qualifications
• 5 years experience as a Banquet Supervisor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with event marketing strategies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality.
