We pride ourselves on top-notch service, and we need passionate people like you to help elevate their experience! **Main Responsibilities:** - Partner closely with our dynamic Sales and Banquet teams to exceed guest expectations. - Bring event spaces to life by setting up and breaking them down according to floor plans and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). - Ensure timely set-ups that meet our high quality standards. - Keep our storage areas and event equipment clean and organized. - Provide essential on-site support and troubleshoot any issues that pop up. - Set up and maintain audio/visual gear, ensuring every detail is just right. - Keep track of event materials and supplies like a pro. - Be part of the fun by assisting with beverage service Requirements **What We’re Looking For:** - Flexibility is key—you should be able to work evenings and weekends. - You need to be at least 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license is a bonus! - You should be able to lift over 30 pounds—strength and energy are your allies! - Above all, a passion for providing outstanding customer service is a must. **Why Join Us?** This part-time position offers flexible hours and an hourly wage of $16-18.00, along with amazing perks exclusive to Cragun's Resort!
