Description
Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for guaranteeing the safety of the public during nightly entertainment and special events taking place at all assigned locations under The Villages Entertainment. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Part Time, Onsite Position Responsibilities: * Oversee and maintain event services during nightly entertainment to ensure the safety of event attendees and staff. * Assist in the set-up and breakdown of special events. * Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests entering the facility and assist in providing The Villages Entertainment event information. * Ensure the safety of the public and assist emergency personnel in emergency situations with traffic and Event Services operations. * Identify and report hazards to the proper channels. * All other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Requirements: * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as business needs require. * Must complete Crowd Safety Training within sixty (60) days of hire date.
