POSITION OVERVIEW

As a vital member of the ATX Bubbles creative team, you’ll help bring clients’ visions to life by crafting stunning balloon arrangements and executing flawless event setups that create unforgettable moments for celebrations of all sizes.Key Responsibilities

• Design and construct innovative balloon installations following project specifications
• Set up and tear down event decorations at various venues across Austin
• Work collaboratively with our design team to meet tight deadlines
• Transport and handle equipment and materials with care
• Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
• Problem-solve creatively when unexpected challenges arise on-site

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical capability to lift and move supplies up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders safely
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for celebration aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Previous event industry experience a plus but not required

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Adaptability for varying installation times (early mornings, afternoons, or evenings)
• Ability to accommodate occasional late-night teardowns
• Both full-time and part-time positions available
