Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a reliable and creative individual to assist with equipment setup and breakdown, and to film and edit social media content during our events. You’ll work alongside our team, helping set the stage and then capturing it in a cinematic way for Reels, TikToks, and marketing content.

Requirements:

  • Experience with basic AV/event setup (DJ gear, lighting, etc.)
  • Comfortable filming with DSLR/mirrorless/gimbal or high-end phone
  • Ability to edit social-ready video using software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be available on weekends (primarily Saturdays)
  • Able to lift and move heavy gear (up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down DJ equipment, lighting, and photo booths
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and live event footage during downtime
  • Edit 1–2 short-form vertical videos (15–60 seconds) per event
  • Transport and handle gear safely and professionally

Requirements:

Compensation:

  • $300 per event (covers up to 10 hours)
  • $30/hour for any time worked beyond 10 hours
