We need a sous chef to handle prep for two events for about 15 people.
Friday 8/22 8:30am - 2:30pm in Palatine, IL
Prep ingredients for 4 recipe demos
Prepare recipes according to specs to serve 15 - 18 guests.
Lead clean up at the end of the event
Saturday 8/23 9:00am - 2:00pm near central Chicago
Prep ingredients for 1 recipe demo
Assist with searing, portioning, plating and serving pre-cooked meat samples for 15 - 18 guests
Lead clean up at the end of the event
