🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, brand activations, and consumer engagement activities aligned with marketing and brand strategies.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage event logistics, materials, event setup, suppliers, promoters, and vendors.
• Coordinate with event management agencies and suppliers to ensure activities are delivered on time and to the required standards.
• Monitor event performance, KPIs, consumer engagement, and ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all event and activation touchpoints.
• Develop engaging consumer experiences that drive brand awareness, product trials, and customer engagement.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, resources, and requirements effectively.
• Prepare post-event reports, consumer insights, and recommendations for future events and campaigns.
• Ensure confidentiality and perform other duties related to the nature of the role.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activation, trade marketing, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events, brand activations, and consumer-facing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing and consumer behavior.
• Strong project and event management skills.
• Experience in vendor and agency coordination, negotiation, and budget management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution.
