POSITION SUMMARY

As our Event Specialist at Ingaged Creative Productions, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences through outstanding client service, smooth coordination, and hands-on event execution. Reporting to the Event Production Manager and working closely with the operations and technical teams, you will support all phases from client communication and logistics coordination to on-site setup and post-event wrap-up. During non-event periods, you will assist with client inquiries, organize and maintain inventory, manage transportation and equipment upkeep, and collaborate with colleagues on broader service needs. This position is ideal for a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented team player who enjoys problem-solving, embraces adventure, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced settings
• Friendly, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Valid Class G driver’s licence
• Travel up to 75%, including extended trips of more than one week, based on event schedules
• Must have or be able to maintain own vehicle insurance and drive rented or company vehicles
