Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces, including seating arrangements and signage. Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients, answering questions and addressing concerns. Manage event registration and check-in processes, ensuring a smooth flow of guest entry. Support event coordinators and managers with on-site logistics and execution of event activities. Monitor event timelines and assist in keeping events on schedule and organized throughout the day. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Prior experience in event staffing or related fields preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during events.
