As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that events run smoothly by providing exceptional customer service, managing event logistics, and supporting the coordination efforts on-site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, engaging environment where no two events are the same, ranging from corporate gatherings and trade shows to concerts and community festivals.  RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment and signage. * Greet and register attendees, providing them with event materials and information. * Manage crowd control and ensure the safety of all event participants. * Provide directions and answer inquiries to enhance the attendee experience. * Support vendors and speakers with logistical needs and coordination. * Monitor event activities and report any irregularities or issues to supervisors. SKILLS * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Previous experience in customer service or event support is preferred. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
