Description Goldman Properties and The Lab Miami are seeking reliable, energetic part-time Event Staff Support team members to assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown in our co-working space. This role is key to creating a seamless, welcoming experience for members, guests, and clients while upholding our community standards. This is a part-time role with evening hours (4:00 PM–10:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday), plus occasional weekend shifts as required by events. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing guest needs. Greet and direct guests, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and event organizers to ensure timelines are met. Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Support basic A/V setup and troubleshoot minor technical issues when needed. Handle light administrative tasks such as check-ins, registration, and attendee tracking. Restock supplies and reset spaces for regular co-working use after events. Requirements Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with light physical work (lifting, moving furniture, standing for extended periods) Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
