Event Staff Tacoma Dome Station Application Deadline: 24 November 2025 Department: Operations - Field(OPS001) Employment Type: Part Time Location: R130-122_424 E 25th St Reporting To: Manager Compensation: $20.00 / hour Description Position: Event Staff Location: Tacoma Dome Station Pay: $20 an hour Shift: Subject to events (shifts vary) As Event Staff, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and positive experience for customers using our parking facilities during events. Your primary responsibilities include assisting customers with payment inquiries, directing traffic flow, and ensuring smooth entry into the parking areas. You will also manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism, always adhering to established site policies. In this role, you will: Assist customers with payment questions and troubleshoot issues. Direct vehicles to the appropriate parking locations. Process parking fees during entry procedures. Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times. This is an event-based position with shifts scheduled according to events at the Tacoma Dome. Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Assisting customers who are unsure of how to pay for their parking Dealing with irate customers and solving issues to the best of their ability within the policy and framework set out for the site (Service is priority) Assist customers with the overall in process of parking Collect parking fees Identify and report safety concerns to direct supervisor Other duties assigned Responsible for maintaining and operating equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property manager during their shift Interacts face to face with our customers Control of all tools and equipment required to perform his/her duties Must be organized Make suggestions and recommendations relating to the way various jobs are performed Consults with his/her supervisor or manager regarding items of relevance to the parking operation Act as a front line employee which is considered an extremely important function of this position Uniforms with company logo or crest must be worn when on duty in a neat and well groomed manner.
