We have a recently refurbished Dutch Barn that we host various events in all through the year.

SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team at The Bottle & Glass. Located in Henley-on-Thames, this role is vital in ensuring our events run smoothly and our guests have an unforgettable experience. As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding hospitality.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events
• Provide excellent customer service to guests during events
• Support management in coordinating event logistics
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and beverage selections
• Uphold the standards of The Bottle & Glass in all interactions.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality or event support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
